How long will it take to receive my print?
All orders are printed and shipped on demand, ensuring a swift lead time of 2-7 working days depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
Each order is custom-made just for you and, therefore, non-returnable. Shortly after your order is placed, our team of professional printers goes to work.
If your art print is damaged or you received the wrong image, please contact us at info@liyart.com no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
Make sure to include photos of the shipping box & detailed shots of the damage in your email, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the matter, but refunds or merchandise credit will not be issued.

For custom sizing or volume orders, please reach out to info@liyart.com. We'd be happy to discuss this with you further.
International Tax & Duty
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
